Celebrate the legacy of Cesar Chavez and join our fight for health for all! We invite you to our Health Fair in honor of his memory on April 1st, 2023. At this event, our health panel with special guests will speak about the importance of caring for our community health and how we can continue to fight for our rights.
At the fair, you can sign up for a health plan with Access DuPage, regardless of whether you have papers or not. You can also receive COVID and flu vaccines with VNA, as well as monitor your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Additionally, there will be resources for Medicaid renewal, HIV testing, and the opportunity to explore preventive medicine with the Holistic Anti-Stress Center.
We know that health is a fundamental right for everyone, and at Casa DuPage, we provide access to healthcare and resources to improve the well-being of our community. It is important to continue fighting for equal rights and accessibility to quality medical services for all.
